Hi,

It looks like your emulated machine doesn't have enough memory. You can try 
increasing this with the -m parameter to qemu, but I'm honestly not sure how 
much memory is required -- we've only ever run the Splash benchmarks on real 
hardware.

For reference, "allocation of 25 bits" means it was trying to allocate 2^25 
bytes, or 32MB of memory.
