[Barrelfish-users] Moving debug flag of nfs and rpc to Config.hs - Patch

Hi

NFS and RPC, which is used for the implementation of NFS, both had the 
debug flag in the file itself and not in Config.hs but with a FIXME 
comment stating that those flags would better be placed in the Config.hs.

Attached are two patches that move the flags to Config.hs. This helps to 
keep all the debug flags in one place and global debugging now also 
includes NFS and RPC.
The NFS patch should be applied first.
