We recently changed they way Barrelfish is built and do not use the
symbolic_targets.mk file anymore - It will be removed from the repo in
the next release. Instead, you'll have to add the binary you want to
compile to platforms/Hakefile, for example in modules_common. Then,
hake will generate the build targets for that binary.
