CEST offers a temporary position to a

Researcher in Higher Education Studies

Your tasks
  *  Contacts with specialists in higher education studies as
well as with offices dealing with higher education policy (in Switzerland
and abroad)
  *  Analyses of results of studies on higher education
(structures, people, processes) and drawing up digests and reports
  *  Conception, coordination and conduct of applied higher
education studies projects.

Your profile
  *  Comprehensive knowledge of approaches and theories in
international higher education studies
  *  Completed university education in higher education studies
(Ph.D. or equivalent preferred) or in a relevant discipline, experience in
design and conduct of research projects
  *  Knowledge of higher education structures in Switzerland and
in Europe ("Bologna")
  *  Very good knowledge of two Swiss national languages (French,
German) and English, advanced competences in style and writing in English
and in one national language.

Our offer
  *  Contract for a limited period of time, prolongation possible
depending on the future development of our programme, ca. 75%
  *  Office with infrastructure in Berne.
