Dear female postdoctoral researchers,

we are very glad to announce the following training organised by the Equal Opportunities Office. It is exclusively tailored to female postdoctoral researchers from all faculties:

"Berufungstraining - How to apply for an academic job?" takes place on:

Date                      Tuesday - Thursday, 4th to 6th November 2014
Time                      9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
Location               Advanced Studies der Universität Basel, Steinengraben 22, Room 13ab
Trainer                 Dr. Bärbel Tress (TRESS & TRESS<http://www.tress-tress.com/>)
Fees                      180 CHF

This training supports you in applying successfully for a post in research or higher education. It takes you through the main steps of the application process, from the decision to embark on an academic career right through to the final stages of negotiating your contract.

To complete your registration send an e-mail to Patricia Zweifel, chancengleichheit-at-unibas.ch<mailto:chancengleichheit at unibas.ch> and briefly outline your motivation to apply for this training. The registration is not valid without this letter of motivation!
