with tenure track in Movement and Exercise Biology. The research area focuses on molecular, genetic, cellular or systemic mechanisms that are involved in mediating the body’s response to exercise and movement training.

research record in investigating adaptations to exercise, movement training or detraining by applying a mechanistic approach. Applicants with exceptional research accomplishments outside of the traditional scope of Movement and Exercise Biology have to present
a convincing research strategy on how her or his expertise can be applied to this specific area. The future assistant professor will develop an independent research programme with a clear vision, shows a team-oriented attitude and commitment to interdisciplinary
and interinstitutional cooperation. She or he will participate in both undergraduate and graduate teaching.
