<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US">In order to successfully pursue an academic career, excellent research and a respective track record

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US">is expected, which is enhanced by a clear scientific focus.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US">At the same time, inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration is considered necessary to tackle<o:p></o:p></span></p>
