science, politics and the world of business.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span lang="EN-US">Frank Dobbin is a professor of Sociology at Harvard University. He has long standing experience in analysing the impact of institutional strategies and actions to promote gender and diversity and is currently completing
