<p>Ein inklusives, vielfältiges Arbeitsumfeld bringt für eine Organisation viele Vorteile und hilft im Umgang mit Vielfalt. Um die Herausforderungen und den potenziellen Nutzen im Zusammenhang mit Diversity zu «managen», müssen Organisationen eine Kultur, Prozesse
 und Strukturen sowie strategische Rahmenbedingungen schaffen, welche alle Mitarbeitenden inkludieren.</p>
<p><strong>Wie ist es möglich, Inklusion in einer Organisation ganzheitlich zu erfassen?</strong> Quantitative Methoden, die auf der Analyse von Human Resources-Daten basieren, stellen einen wichtigen Teilschritt in diesem Prozess dar, in dem Analysen aufgrund
 relevanter Diversity-Dimensionen erfolgen. Isoliert stossen sie aber auch an gewisse Grenzen, wenn es um eine möglichst vollständige Erfassung von Inklusion und ein ganzheitliches Bild der inklusiven Unternehmenskultur geht.</p>
