We are looking for a junior researcher in economics of education and gender equality. The position is part of Edumap, a data-driven research project that focuses on understanding the gender imbalance in technological
study fields, such as computer sciences, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). The project seeks to establish new quantitative evidence on the factors in high school that are associated with more gender equality in STEM university study tracks. Based on the
analysis, the project will provide high schools in Switzerland with tailored policy recommendations on how they can promote STEM study tracks more efficiently.
