In this six-week programme, you will receive a comprehensive overview of the most important topics around diversity, equity, and inclusion and will be enabled to implement the right measures for your company. Our programme is designed for anyone interested,
whether you are new to DEI or have previous experience. We offer you a broad overview of different focus areas such as diversity benchmarking, salary analysis, the analysis of HR processes and organisational culture. In addition, you will learn about<b> trends,
best practices and challenges</b> that still need to be overcome to successfully lead your company into the future, thanks to an inclusive corporate culture.

is the possibility of two coaching or consulting sessions with our experts, in which either individual topics can be discussed in depth or support in developing/fine-tuning the right strategy for your company can be discussed. The programme is rounded off
by participation in the <span style="color:#00802F"><a href="https://inclusion-tagung.ch/en/home/"><span style="color:#00802F">St.Gallen Diversity & Inclusion Week</span></a></span>, where you will be brought up to date on diversity & inclusion and have the
opportunity to <b>exchange and network</b> with your course colleagues and other HR/DEI experts.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
