[Oberon] Program slicing tool

Hi

The only Slicing Tool I know was created at Linz a few years ago (by 
Christopher Stiendl) and only works for Oberon-2. As far as I know it won't 
run under System 3 (native, blue bottle, etc) because the Oberon systems 
developed at Linz does not use gadgets, but their own interface extensions.

It seems they've got a Oberon system that must be downloaded to get the tool 
to work. I've never used this tool, so I can't really help any further.
