Right!  Certainly.  There are two names involved.  
One is the URI which identifies the _remote_ file you 
want to get.  This URI must be selected with the right 
mouse button.

The second name is for the file once copied to your 
local drive.  This is <LocalName>.

I've used the HyperDocTools.Fetch command a few times 
and not noticed restrictions on the <LocalName>.

Once the modem here is working with PPP I'll try 
Fetch again.

The error must happen only because the DIAL script 
still has the port.  I wonder about the "proper" way 
to have the V24.Panel take over the port from the DIAL
script.

This is a Toshiba laptop.  The pointer button works with the 
ps2 mouse driver.
