[Oberon] Text to ASCII Tool

[Treutwein Bernhard]

is there any ready made tool in ETH Oberon (Native)
for converting a bunch of Text files to ASCII (i.e. 
DeOberoning it). I know this is easily possible with 
loading into ET and storing as ASCII, but I would prefer 
to have some tool for this task.
