[Oberon] Proxy settings in Oberon.Text

Oberoners,

Context: ETH Oberon / PC Native 05.01.2003 running on a lan
behind an ipmasq server.

I know almost nothing about a proxy service and wonder 
whether the failure of FTP on a connection beyond my lan is 
a consequence of not having the proxy parameters set.  The 
short paragraph in System.Text is not helpful in this context.

Oberon.Text has the parameter ProxyDomain.  Can someone
please tell me what it is.

Does 
	FTPProxy = "192.168.1.1:21"
seem plausible?
