Will the Ftp transparent file system mentioned in section 2.6 of 
AosSetup.Text help?  It is not symmetric, you only "get" and never "put."

I never did find documentation for RFS, so I implemented FTP.  If someone 
has a URL, post it and I'll eventually read up on it.

You can download the file ftp://FtpFS.Dsk from gaea.vima.austin.tx.us, with 
username "booter" and your email as a password.  This bootable floppy image 
should be able to boot a machine across the net from my machine.

Please edit the startup environment so that your login password is 
authentic.  Another file, ftp://AosFtpFS.Tool contains some language that I 
am editing, but which may nonetheless be useful.

(Note to Thomas,  I just did a "dir FtpFS.Dsk" with the configuration I 
emailed to you, and trapped the Ftp Server.  I shortened the volume name to 
be just "Rd:" and things worked ok on 1 test.)
