[Oberon] Multiple VNC clients connecting to Bluebottle?

You can have multiple simultaneous VNC connections. But the users are in
competition for the cursor and focus. So it can be used to discuss
something on the phone while sharing a desktop on a remote server but it
can not be used to run more than one "user session".
It is possible for an application to recognize from what viewport an
event arrives (eg. local, or one of several VNC) but current
applications make no use of it.
