[Oberon] {P0 INT39 0000} message

Hallo Thomas,
ich bilde heute nachmittag einen Release mit deinen bug fixes und 
einigen neuen Files von Sven.
Soll ich die TraceSpurious Konstante in AosInterrupts.Mod wieder auf 
FALSE setzen. Ist das der bessere Default?
