[Oberon] WebFTPServer and File Manager

Hello,

I have noticed some small inconvenients on using the ftp server of 
Bluebottle:

1. If a client is connected and want to close the server, it didn't 
really stops. The message 3701 appears, but the server is closed only 
after some client activity (any command).

2. If a client is connected and listing files of a directory, and want 
to delete files from that directory on the server side with File 
Manager, the operation looks to be done and files are no more viewed, 
but in fact they are steel there. Only after closeting the client is 
possible to delete files.

The client used is Internet Explorer from Windows.
