[Oberon] OpenType(TTF) problem

Hi Yuri.

I updated BB to the latest crazy fresh and tried the Arial Fonts I had here
(eg arialbd.ttf 288'496bytes).
They all worked fine. Though they do not contain all the unicode glyphs but
the most important ranges.
The cyrillic range is there, so the cyrillic IME will work fine. When using
the IME it will insert the glyph in the default font, and you have to set
the style to your desired font by hand.
