[Oberon] Bluebottle: USB Ethernet Adapter support

Hi,

I've implemented a device driver for the Linksys USB200M ver. 2 USB 10/100MBps ethernet adapter. For computers whose integrated network interface card is not supported by Bluebottle and the installation of a PCI NIC is not possible (in particular notebooks), this device can be useful. Performance is on about the same level as PCI ethernet adapters if the computer has an USB 2.0 host controller.
The driver will be included in one of the coming releases. If someone needs it earlier, ask for it.
