[Oberon] syntax for eaddress implemented in ETHNO

Folk,

According to a mailing list reader, messages I send have a syntax error.
Specifically, the local-part of the Message-id ends with ".", violating
RFC specifications. Reference "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Email_address"
and "http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5321#section-4.1.2".

Appears that the last Strings.AppendCh(id, ".") in Mail.SendMsgId should not
be there. I didn't check whether the code was adopted into A2.

The person who reported the error explained that it causes a problem for
his mail to news gateway; it shouldn't be dismissed as harmless.

Any comments about this before I assign it to the bug list for
"ETH Oberon / PC Native 05.01.2003"?

Thanks, ... Peter E.
