In a PDF I can force MY format. In HTML the ultimate format is defined 
by webbrowser, screen parameters, window parameters. So it is not fixed. 
And my message to a great extent depends on the browser, not on me.

For entertainment purposes, HTML will do just fine. For technical 
matters, especially the kind where there is a sequence in figures and 
text, PDF is easier to make for a more predictable result.
