[Oberon] default behaviour of arrow keys?

Dear all,

what is the default behaviour of the arrow keys in Oberon? I ask, because i am not sure, if it is normal, that they
not move the carret.

I use the Oberon-Image (RISC.IMG, 28.03.2014) from Paul Reed´s "Project Oberon"-Website with the nice "Oberon RISC Emulator" from Peter De Wachter.
