[Oberon] Oberon License Issues

There's a couple open-source licenses used for ETH Oberon software, such as the one you listed. However, Wirth holds copyright on the original Project Oberon code, and the new one. I've written him asking about this, but he has not responded. If Wirth doesn't explicitly license the source, we can't use it beyond the fair use implied by Wirth's posting of the source texts and books on his website.
