[Oberon] Base64 decoding in LinuxAos rev.5865.

Hi,

Base64 decoding, performed automatically on an encoded 
message received using the Mail.Panel in the Oberon 
subsystem in LinuxAos, omits a character at the end of 
each decoded line.  The phenomenon isn't new to this 
revision.  Has anyone made a fix?
