[Oberon] License / Elektor

Hi,

the clearance of the license status is a real big progress. Thanks to
Niklaus Wirth, Jürg Gutknecht and Paul Reed again.

In the last Elektor editorial there was the question of the editor, if 
"yet another microcontroller board for education" is necessary.

I have written a longer e-mail to the editors of the magazine presenting 
the FPGA-Oberon project.

I have got no answer yet, but at least one article similar to the 
article in the Xilinx journal would be helpful, i think.
