[Oberon] UsbEhci and UsbEhciPCI.

Hi,

A2 works on the old Tatung TWN-5213 CU tablet.  The machine lacks PS/2 
and the serial port appears to be disabled.  USB mouse and keyboard 
might work.  

UsbEhci.Mod 6847 fails to compile and is 4 months old.  Is someone 
working on it?  Is any workaround advisable?
