Read the file "00_readme" which is included in that archive. Amongst other
things it says:

"This  directory  contains  the  sources of the Oberon  System  version 4
for
Ceres-2  Workstations.  They replace the earlier version 1 sources described
in the book "Project Oberon" from N.  Wirth & J.  Gutknecht."

and

"For more information about the differences  between version 2 and version
4,
read the Postscript file 00_V4.docu.ps in this directory."
