This was one language I was going to check out, but I chose GoLang as it
is simpler than nimrod (nim). Nimrod is interesting but if you look at it,
it is growing in complexity. Whereas oberon remains simpler, and even
GoLang is simpler than Nim.

I'm not certain that Nim has got errors right either (they use exceptions
- nothing new afaik) but as I haven't played with it enough, I can't
comment. It's a bit like Lua in that it no longer uses the same assignment
operator as Pascal based languages AFAIK.

It was originally written in FPC (freepascal) and then they wrote it in
itself (bootstrapped in Nim).
