As Bernhard indicated, Native.Tool is the key.
Try to work with it; soon you will be rebuilding 
the system like clockwork.  Did you try a MM click 
on Release.Build?  The worst that can happen is a 
broken software.  If running directly on a PC, 
reinstall.  If running under a hypervisor, just 
restart the virtual machine.  Painless!
