I just checked: ET.Popup.Menu from 
ftp://ftp.ethoberon.ethz.ch/ETHOberon/Native/Update/Alpha/Build/System.zip 
is 190 Bytes dated Mai 11  2000. Just as OLR version. As this menu is 
normal Oberon text, everyone can change it as he likes.
