Remember gmail doesn't want to handle your mail.
It wants your attention, to sell you some thing -- and rot your brain.

By blessings to anybody who can get gmail to work with good old
TextMail.*. Very clear written source, which I modified when my ISP
wanted <Sender authenticate>.  When I moved and lost the telephone
line I was force to go to gmail.
