[Oberon] ETHO-plugin on Windows 10

Dieter,

I am currently struggling to recast my BlackBox document as TeX
since APS and Physical Review Letters prefers to have it in that form.
What I have been doing is using MathType equations (which BB
supports nicely), copying them into MS Word and then using Words
Toggle TeX for an equation to generate the TeX code which I then
copy back into a WinEdt document that knows about TeX which then
can generate a final .pdf file in the format that APS wants. That is
the macro package REVTeX is supplied by APS and used to give the
layout the way APS wants it.

A lot of steps. I can generate a pdf directly from BB by simply printing
the BB document to CutePdfWriter. No muss no fuss BUT APS wont
give a discount for such .pdf files where they will if one submits a .tex
file.

I met Donald Knuth years ago and he's a nice guy but I think TeX, as
currently used, is a bad idea. Everything should be WYSIWYG.
