[Oberon] Trapping LinzV4 under Windows XP

I badly need an ETHO-like system which will run on Win8.1 -x64.

The Linux based V4 that I used before my PCs were stolen, was good
for fetching *.htm and mail [not gmail: TLS in those days].

But now I need NNTP access also.

Also I failed to google the <Russian windows based system> previously
mentioned here.

Because of the 3G-dongle compatibility, I'm locked into this Win8.1 x64,
and only recovered my Gmail-account to our mail-list yesterday.

Any help, much appreciated.
