I will contact Dr Friedrich and ask if any of the code is publicly available.

I am told there is also a Linux-hosted version for ARM Linux, but I've
been unable to find any additional information. I must say that
information about the Oberon family of operating systems seems
remarkably sparse on the Web -- most of ETH's own links are dead, or
contain extremely dated information.

For instance the downloads on ftp://ftp.ethoberon.ethz.ch/ are for
1980s/1990s hardware such as Amiga, Atari ST and Win95. (!)

The FTP site linked from http://www.oberon.ethz.ch/ points to
http://www.ethoberon.ethz.ch/ and that has a last-changed date of
2005. Screenshots are from the 1990s. Most of the downloads I can see
were last modified about 2003.
