[Oberon] blackbox model view controller

I believe the mode, viewer, controller idea originated at Xerox PARC and 
was used first
on their Alto machine.  14MB hard disk platter, ethernet connections, 
and bitmap display,
with mouse.  All of those were new at the time (circa 1975).
