[Oberon] Announcement: OP2-compiler for ARMv7

Hi all,

I would like to announce that Oberon/Linux Revival now ships with an 
ARMv7 OP2 based compiler.
OP2 based compiler should run on all Cortex A-CPUs while old Ceres based 
compiler should run on nearly all older CPUs. It has an option ("/d") 
for software DIV/MOD as used in Cortex-A8 and Cortex-A9.

I would appreciate if someone could change ETH documentation to show 
availability of RISC-V and ARMv7 targets for OP2.
