a book within a recent interval.

The world now has over 7 x 10^9 people.  With any luck, a few have 
knowledge, interest and motivation to use the facility and review as 
you mention.

A wiki tailored to source code is hypothetically possible.  I don't know 
of one reliable enough to use.  We work with what we have.  If you can 
suggest something better than this wikibook, I'm interested.
