In the Oberon Mail viewer the source was peppered with blank lines. 
Assuming you didn't intend that, I removed them.  

Is there a convention for indentation?  Two blanks for each step? 
Four blanks for each step?  A tab character for each?  Entirely 
personal preference?

The compilation section now begins with sentences about overwriting
an object file.  https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Oberon#Compilation
Your prefixing the module name with a context identifier might be the 
rule in the wikibook.  Some readers will claim it is unnecessary but 
it will deflect many from unintentional overwriting.  Can't please 
everyone.
