[Oberon] Reservations about source text in a wikibook.

An idea inspired by a message from Bernhard Treutwein.

A possible concept is 'a source text documents an algorithm or
assembly of algorithms'. If a wiki is a good means to maintain a
document then, as special case, a wiki is a good means to maintain a
source text. Is a version control system--Subversion, Git, etc.--a
special case of a wiki? No; but some aspects are shared. Interesting
topic.

One complaint I have about WikiMedia is that the comparison displays
the markup of each page rather than the view as rendered in the
browser. Seems both of these views should be available. A possible
suggestion for WikiMedia.

Regards, ... Lyall E.
