[Oberon] FPGA - Boot over serial line

I wish to recreate `Oberon0.Mod' (not to be confused with `Oberon-0'
subset of regular 07 compiler').  

It seems the only module importing `RS232.Mod'. Its documented interface
is quite rich, it seems inheriting functionality from `Ceres'
building tools.

As an exercise, would it be good just to implement only a few commands
more relevant to FPGA implementation? 

0 - echo test
1 - start PCLink
2 - write boot sectors 2,..,n

Any other?
