[Oberon] Oberon on Nexys DDR4 from Digilent?

Not at the moment, as far as I'm aware. It would need an enormous amount
of work too, at least to run the full Oberon system. Digilent quote a
write-cycle time of 260nS on the DDR SDRAM, which is incredibly slow. To
get faster than this, one would presumably have to add so much cleverness
(of the kind that caused Meltdown and Spectre) that it would be a race to
get it working it before Digilent discontinued the board.

Can you tell us more about your intended application? If you can get by
with a quarter of the RAM (using the 35T's internal block RAM; or half, if
the 100T version becomes available again) you may be able to use CFB
Software's Astrobe for RISC5 and Embedded Project Oberon:

Chris, what do you think?

PS: also, what Liam said - thanks!
