[Oberon] FW: addition: Oberon V4 for Linux

Hi

This is exactly what I had in mind.

To have this „Linz GUI“ (= Dialogs) you don’t need Oberon-2.
You „only“ have to
a) adapt the outer core (mainly Texts/TextFrames)
b) port the relevant Linz modules from Oberon-2 to to Oberon-07
