[Oberon] oberon and Hayes AT command set?

Is there a implementation of the Hayes AT command set done for Oberon?
The wifichips of Espressif can use AT firmware.

I've experimented with modules rs232 and V24 on Native Oberon years ago.
And I saw SCC for the nRF24L01 written by Paul.

Did anyone try to connect Oberon (07/system) with internet through AT 
commands?
