"...a crude but simple modification of [Oberon] menu texts to remove 
repeated module names in commands.  This facilitates the use of narrower 
displays (e.g. 800x600 or even IBM PC VGA resolution, 640x480), and is 
brought about by making only a few small alterations to the TextFrames 
module."
