as noted by Peter in the box above the restored text the source is maintained in
the SVN Repository for A2 at ETHZ, i.e. in
https://svn-dept.inf.ethz.ch/svn/lecturers/a2/trunk/source/ 
the files BootManager.Asm, BootManager.Bin, BootManager.Mod, BootManager.Text,
BootManager.Tool, BootManagerMBR.Bin, and  BootManagerTail.Bin 
Login with userid infsvn.anonymous and password anonymous

But I am not sure if the SVN repo is still the active one or this GIT-repo is more current:
http://cas.inf.ethz.ch/projects/a2/repository/show/trunk/source
or if these two are even mirrors.
