Actually, the 2 unlinked sectors after a crash, were not reclaimed, but
reused.

Clean
473 sectors

Compile without Edit.Store
Test.smb  - 1 sector - crash
System.log - 1 sector

Reboot
475 sectors

Edit.Store Test.Mod
ORP.Compile

Test.Mod - 1 sector
Test.smb - 1 sector
Test.rsc - 1 sector

Reboot
476 sectors

Seems reused, possible?
