[Oberon] [EXTERNAL] PO2013 - Show Heap Blocks

Or make GCC accept Oberon programs. Has it been done yet? GCC seems to accept all languages except Polish.

And while we’re at it.. let’s also adapt the Oberon compiler to accept C and C++ programs.
