RTF = Rich TEXT Format has text in its name but is not pure ASCII.
Fact: Oberon-Text files are not .txt files.

    But it is _called_ "Text". Therefore I maintain that it is a perfectly
    reasonable assumption that a file called "something.text" is a text
    file.
